Load transfer by advanced doweling system is provides by us. Diamond Plate Dowels are placed horizontally in the plane of the slab and between panels within the slab.

The plates are deboned on one side of the joint using a plastic sleeve which allows for movement both perpendicular and parallel to the slab depending upon the size of the joint opening.

One end is cast into the side of the slab cast first, while the other end is debonded so that the joint can open horizontally with no relative vertical movement. 

We use advanced doweling systems for distributing shear loads through construction joints, reducing faulting and improving performance. We provide Diamond plate Dowels of 6 mm thick (100 X 100 mm) @ 450 to 600 mm c/c spacing, as per design. The dowel systems allow relative displacement, reducing internal stresses and thus eliminating cracking of the concrete.
