We provide seamless, joint-free (typically no joints) flooring for your industrial and warehousing facilities. It is a combi-slab design based on liquid-tight technology. In this seamless floor system the entire floor area (irrespective of the floor panel/pour size, length and width) is finished without any saw-cut or construction joints whatsoever. As all the construction joints are converted to tied joints by providing additional reinforcement to make it a monolithic structure.

This flooring system is reinforced typically with a continuous top rebar mesh in combination with specialised steel fibres and is designed for a particular crack-width ≤ 0.2 mm so that water can’t penetrate. At this limit, the floors are water tight and better performing. Typical section consists of a single layer of top reinforcement bars mesh along with a heavy dosage of high-performance specialized steel fibres.

The entire floor is designed as a single tied seamless floor unit without any control joints or construction joints. These floors find preference in industries like cold storage with deep freeze i.e. below sub-zero temperatures and floors with irregular geometry for maintenance-free attributes. It is also used in VNA flooring where MHE moves in a defined path.
